I caught the bug or something

I baked a loaf of white bread last night! sooo much tastier than the sub par potato bread in our cupboard. If I had any wheat flour I would have made wheat bread, but I was really happy with the white bread too. I'm going to start making all our bread (given i have the energy after work sometimes).

We had our friends Julie and Tyler over late last night (or early this morning) for taco's, and I gave her a slice with some butter on it. she ate it and then two minutes later said "oh! that bread was really good! I forgot you made it cause it tasted so good" then was started talking about how sometimes when you taste home made bread it tastes home made in a not so fabulous way. I'm lucky to have such good recipes.
